He is Full Professor of Political Science at the Universidad Aut\u00f3noma de Madrid and has been a visiting professor at Harvard University, the University of California, Berkeley (USA), and the Universidad Nacional Aut\u00f3noma de M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">His research focuses on the evolution of political parties, electoral behavior, and political culture.
