She has published circa 250 articles and chapters in international periodicals, authored twelve books, and directed an anthology of World Literature in Portuguese, in 6 volumes (2018-2020). She regularly collaborates with the best Universities in Europe, United States and Brazil, and in international Schools such as IWL (Harvard), HERMES, and INCH (Princeton and Notre Dame). She founded and directed the Centre for Comparative Studies (ULisboa). She is member of Academia Europaea, the Institute of Germanic and Romance Studies (Univ. London) and St. John\u2019s College (UCambridge, OVS), as well as of Academia das Ci\u00eancias de Lisboa. She has been the recipient of several national prizes. She has translated Proust, and just published a book on Imperfect Heritages (2025).
