Seeking to revitalize original early, medieval, and Renaissance music, as well as that of the Baroque period, he has devoted particular attention to works produced in the Iberian Peninsula, studying and publishing forgotten and unpublished pieces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To disseminate this work, he founded three musical ensembles: Hesp\u00e8rion XX (1974), La Capella Reial de Catalunya (1987), and Le Concert des Nations (1989).
