Full Professor at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon, where he teaches Civil Law, Comparative Law, Private International Law and Intellectual Property Law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He chaired the Institute for Legal Cooperation at the same Faculty between 2006 and 2020 and its Scientific Council between 2020 and 2022. Since 2023, he is President of its Private Law Research Centre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
