Founder of the School of Medicine of the University of Minho, of the Academic Clinical Center of Braga (2CA-Braga) and of the Digital Medicine Center P5. Visiting Professor at UpState University, NY, USA and Invited Professor (0%) of the National School of Public Health of the Universidade Nova de Lisboa. Member of the Executive Board of the Bial Foundation. In the scientific field, his areas of interest focus on the dynamic study of brain networks and the neurobiology of stress. He is also interested in the field of Medical Education.
