HyperlinksI am a Full Professor of Civil Law at the University of Coimbra. I did part of my training and research in Germany, in Munich. In 2016 I was a professor at the University of Saarbrücken. I am interested in civil law in general (contracts, torts.) and in the area of personality rights. I also have published work on the subject of fundamental rights.
